The Regents Park Penthouse project presents an exciting opportunity to design a prestigious private residence for a highly accomplished property developer in the heart of Central London. LBMVarchitects was approached to transform the top two floors of a newly constructed building in the thriving North London area into a luxurious and comfortable penthouse apartment. With the initial space provided as a shell and core, our task was to create a breathtaking living space that exudes opulence and sophistication while catering to the client’s desire for generous proportions and ample storage.
The centrepiece of the design is a magnificent open plan living and dining area, meticulously crafted to capture the essence of contemporary elegance. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame a mesmerizing view of a nearby local garden, flooding the space with natural light and seamlessly merging the indoors with the surrounding natural beauty. This grand living area serves as a hub for entertainment and relaxation, featuring carefully curated furnishings and tasteful accents that enhance the overall ambiance.
