Brief
A key part of the project is the new rear extension, designed across both the ground floor and first floor, which significantly enhances the property’s spatial quality and its relationship with the garden. The extension introduces generous natural light, improved circulation, and new opportunities for open-plan living while maintaining sensitivity to the character of the surrounding conservation area.

The new fully glazed rear elevation opens the living room directly onto the outdoor space, enhancing natural light and creating a seamless relationship between the interior and the garden.
